ATTENTION: Unclaimed packages

If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company charges us for the return shipment. If you want the package resent, you must pay any new delivery costs.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can easily notify us by creating your return via our returns portal, sending an email to kontakt@gladerollinger.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

We recommend that you create your return and purchase your return label through us, as the package will be Track&Trace and insured in case something goes wrong while it is in transit. Return postage purchased through our returns portal costs 39 DKK.

Exchange

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you want an item in a different size, color, or something completely different, you must return the items to us and then place a new order on the webshop.

Samso

If you are a resident or otherwise on Samsø, it is of course free to return or exchange your goods at our warehouse at Fogedmarksvej 4. Contact us within +45 5335 3310 , as we are only open by appointment.

If you are in doubt, you are always welcome to contact us.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to, for example, very large orders or large items. The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of: DKK 1,000.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the payment received from you, including delivery costs only if you cancel the entire order or make a complaint (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty. ALWAYS contact us before sending your complaint back.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
